The Hidimba Devi Temple has intricately carved wooden doors and a 24 meters tall wooden "shikhar" or tower above the sanctuary. The tower consists of three square roofs covered with timber tiles and a fourth brass cone-shaped roof at the top. The earth goddess Durga forms the theme of the main door carvings. Also depicted are animals, foliate designs, dancers, scenes from Lord Krishna's life and Navagrahas.



Rohtang Pass

Perched at an altitude of 3979m, Rohtang Pass is located at a distance of about 51kms from Manali. You have to pass Rohtang to enter Lahaul-Spiti, Pangi, and Leh valleys. Lying on the highway to Keylong/Leh, this pass remains closed during the winters only to open from June to October. Rohtang swarms with the crowd for these five months. Rohtang also serves as a hotspot for adventure enthusiasts, offering several sports like snow scooters, skiing, and mountain biking. This place has a picture-perfect backdrop for the photography buffs. But make sure that you hire a local cab driver or take a bus because the roads are very slippery and can be difficult if the driver is not accustomed to the topography. This pass has been named Rohtang, meaning 'ground of corpses' after all those people who lost their lives here in tragic incidents. Lying on the Pir Panjal range, this pass also offers spectacular views of the twin peaks of Geypan.



Club House

Club House is an amazing amusement and adventure zone, which is one of the most popular attractions in Manali. Placed on the banks of Manalsu Nallah (branch of Beas River), it has various indoor and outdoor game facilities. The Club house is managed by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC). It has British style of architecture. Visitors can enjoy games like carom, skating, go-karting billiards, and table tennis.



Mall Road

Mall Road is the main street in Manali, city of Himachal Pradesh, India. The offices of municipal corporation, fire service, and police headquarters are located here. Automobiles, except emergency vehicles are not allowed on this road.
Mall Road has a number of showrooms, department stores, shops, restaurants and cafes. A Himachal emporium that offers handicraft products of Himachal Pradesh like locally designed woolen clothes, branded clothes, pottery items, wooden products, and jewellery is also located here.



Manikaran

Manikaran is located in the Parvati Valley on river Parvati, northeast of Bhuntar in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh. It is at an altitude of 1760 m and is located 4 km ahead of Kasol and about 35 km from Kullu & 75KM from Manali. This small town attracts tourists visiting Manali and Kullu to its hot springs and pilgrim centres. An experimental geothermal energy plant has also been set up here.Manikaran is a pilgrimage centre for Hindus and Sikhs. The Hindus believe that Manu recreated human life in Manikaran after the flood, making it a sacred area. It has many temples and a gurudwara. There are temples of the Hindu deities Rama, Krishna, and Vishnu. The area is well known for its hot springs[3] and its beautiful landscape.



Manu Temple

This magnificent temple is dedicated to the sage Manu, who is said to be the creator of the world and the writer of Manusmriti. The Manu Temple is located in old Manali, at a distance of three kilometers from the main market while inside the temple. Though this area is quite congested, the presence of the River Beas adds to its attraction. The temple is one of the prime attractions in Manali and is believed to be the same place where sage Manu meditated after stepping on earth.
